Interfacing with clients, Account Managers and broking teams, to implement, and oversee the on-going management of service levels and programmes; ensuring all processes are compliant; identifying improvements to practices. If you have a solid Commercial broking experience, confident client facing skills, with a good understanding of ICOB and SOX, and are looking for something a little bit different - this could be an ideal opportunity.
